Collection Options
DAU or KBAR holders can convert their digital titles into physical gold at any time. The conversion option remains available even in the event of DuBois’ closure, allowing holders to retrieve their gold directly from the vault.
Two Collection Options Available:
In both options, holders of our products can initiate their gold collection request online. The minimum collection amount is 1 kilogram and must be in whole kilogram amounts as our gold is stored in kilobars.
Gold Bar Collection
Options and the relevant administrative fees will be discussed with your Relationship Manager. Once confirmed, your Relationship Manager will coordinate with the storage provider (vault) to arrange collection and handle administrative activities.
